Bankruptcy Transactional

We are looking for one associate with 5+ years of bankruptcy experience. The Bankruptcy and Restructuring team represents Debtors, Creditor Committees, Lenders and Trustees in all aspects of a chapter 11 proceeding, loan workouts, debt and out-of-court restructuring, creditors' rights issues, debtor-in-possession financing, and non-bankruptcy alternatives such as assignments for the benefit of creditors. They also have extensive experience representing purchasers of assets in bankruptcy. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
